Spacious Gulf Front Home on Extra Wide Lot!

Overall a good stay for myself and my parents - great layout with two rooms with views/porch facing the beach. Great location. Quiet beach!Only complaints were that it was just a bit worn - kitchen was dated, refrigerator very loud, pots/pans were hit or miss on how usable they were (dishes were all great).

Great place to stay

The house was well maintained and located on a beautiful secluded part of the beach in a spacious quiet neighborhood. The furniture, even the porch furniture, was comfortable to sit on. The beds were comfortable too. We liked the open concept of the kitchen, dining and living room. We had a great time will definitely visit again!

We loved everything about this property. The house was very spacious and the beds extremely comfy. The beach was very private. The kitchen was very well equipped for those night we didn't want to go out to eat.The back porch was our favorite place to gather in the evenings. This house gave us a much needed relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend staying here.

This is a fantastic place to enjoy the florida panhandle and Port St. Joe. Overall the property is as pictured and the listing is accurate. The views of the beach are unbeatable and very private. There is driving on the beach so there is an occisional car going past but other than that we were by ourselves. The host is very responsive and is more than willing to accomidate any request. The only problem was the house wasn't cleaned the best before our arrival (pretzel pieces in the one bedroom and coffee grounds in the coffee pot). Otherwise, a fantastic rental would stay again.
